How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, utilize the "FORGOTTEN PASSWORD" option on the Login page. Enter your email ID, and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I place an order?t received my order. What should I do?

To place an order, simply navigate to www.uoiea.in. Browse through product selection and choose the desired products. Add it to your cart, proceed to the checkout, and make the payment to finalize your order.

What are various acceptable payment method?

At UOIEA, oneself can make payment via UPI, Credit Card, Debt Card, Online Banking, Cash On Delivery.

What are COD & shipping rates?

UOIEA offers absolutely free COD & shipping charges. However, if an user is found to be placing false order, COD facility can be suspended for the individual.

Do you ship overseas?

No, our operation is within India. However, in exceptional cases, we have operational capabilities to ship products to all over the world.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on delivery location. Orders processed here will take between 1-7 days to arrive. Estimate Date of Delivery can be obtained by feeding the delivery pin code in the ETA form, same is available in catalogue page.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

How can I obtain product information?

Product catalogue has detailed information about the product. Highlights, such as Compatibility, Brand, Material Information, Weight, Features, etc. are drafted in easiest possible way for oneself to understand make an informed decision.

Does the product cost incudes taxes?

All product price includes taxes and displayed price is the final price.

Can I get my product personalized?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

RETURN

What is return policy?

UOIEA team strive on perfection. However, in case any mistake from the UOIEA orders team, be it miss-shipment, damage, defect, etc. Product is returnable/replaceable.

How can I create return request?

Place a return request or mail at info@uoiea.in, use order id as the reference number. Once a return has been initiated, orders team would conduct the validation based on the provided details.
